At Out of Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
